Our Swim Safaris are exclusive, guided swim and adventure tours to some of the most beautiful, off the beaten tourist track locations in the world.
The Safaris include daily island hopping and coastal swims, in clear waters, over colourful coral reefs, against a backdrop of sandy beaches, azure lagoons and distant islands. There are also scenic walks and village visits which afford participants privileged insights into the rich history, culture, and traditions of the Pacific and its people.
There are several Swim Safaris each year both in Fiji and Vanuatu. Check the schedule (see links on the main menu), and contact us for details. Minimum number is 6 and maximum 12.
The Safaris are held in idyllic tropical island settings, and are a chance to experience the unique culture of the area, visit some sites from either Vanuatu or Fiji's recent historical past, and enjoy some great local cuisine. Plenty of time to just relax too.
The Swim Safaris, and many of the associated tour experiences are exclusive to Pacific Swims, and are based on our personal relationships with the people of the areas we visit.
Following the success of Swim Safaris in Fiji over 3 years, Pacific Swims introduced a Vanuatu Swim Safari in 2008 immediately following the Vanuatu & Espiritu Santo Swims. This was a huge success. Click on News link on the Main menu to read a report on this adventure.
The full cost of the 2009 Vanuatu Swim Safari is AUD 2,550 (single) or AUD 2,200 (twin share).
Included in this are the guided swims, boat hire, excursions, all meals, 7 nights accommodation, and air travel & transfers Santo-Aniwa-Vila
